About the role:
As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.
- Manage teams to deliver exceptional products while building the team culture
- Focus on building diversity and team excellence
- Responsible for building careers and the professional growth of engineers
- Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process
- Set & communicate direction for your teams
Minimum qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience with working with a diverse set of stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
- Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer working with scrum methodology
- Experience in scaling up the engineering teams
