About the Team:

As we enter our next phase, we are focused on building a next-generation architecture that can sustain high growth and endure for years to come. To help us on this journey, we're hiring a highly skilled DevOps Manager with diverse backgrounds who can drive and help us accelerate and enhance our technical capabilities on this journey. You will be building leading FinTech products across South-East Asia on an international and diverse team.

About the Role:

  • Technical delivery execution of the team to drive technical excellence
  • Identify technical challenges worth solving, and work on fixing these
  • Hands-on, doing POCs, identifying the right tools with cost optimization including AWS infrastructure
  • Managing cloud services, infrastructure, and monitoring with issue resolution 
  • Database management, security and compliance management
  • Performance Optimization and handling incident management 
  • Manage, mentor, and guide team members 

Minimum Qulaifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar startup or fast paced tech environment
  • Strong leadership skills to build and lead a high-performing DevOps team.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and incidents.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and Version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
  • Deep understanding of Cloud platforms, specifically AWS 
  • Skilled with Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of security compliance and regulatory requirements, and the ability to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline (DevSecOps).
  • Experience with Database technologies (SQL, Cluster technology and creation, Always-On, migration, log shipping, snapshots)
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation systems: e.g. Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, GIT
  • Skilled with monitoring solutions preferably DataDog and APM tools 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working experience with full stack development, understanding of different tech stacks
  • Prior experience with PHP frameworks
  • FinTech domain experience
