Amplitude is looking for our first Marketing Campaign Operations hire to own overall strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of our integrated marketing campaigns. As our Senior Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, you will play a key role in coordinating customer acquisition, engagement, and growth by partnering with field marketing, content marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, sales, and customer success.
Own implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing Amplitude’s marketing campaigns
Use tools like Marketo, Full Circle, and Salesforce on lead scoring, tracking and nurture incoming leads generated by campaigns to drive revenue for the business
Lead projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including demand generation, content marketing, sales development and GTM operations to create and execute end to end improvement initiatives for our campaigns. For example, projects that drive health of our database through data enrichment, hygiene, and persona segmentation
Support process automation - building email programs and landing pages, tagging leads for sales follow-up, and campaign-specific routing
Report on program performance - email engagement, new leads, pipeline and revenue generated/influenced etc
Work with stakeholders to develop framework to A/B test pieces of the customer journey including the website, nurture flows, emails, etc.
Help devise and execute scalable marketing programs to strengthen and accelerate pipelines for new customer acquisition
5+ years operating marketing automation systems and leading process design in a growing SaaS business
A meticulous approach to detail, process and data management
Analytical and organized approach to research and decision making with experience using data enrichment tools like Clearbit and Datafox
Strong time management skills, with a keen ability to juggle multiple projects/deadlines, and adjust priorities based on ever changing business needs
Creative skills to support custom campaigns with experience using CMS systems like Contentful
Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategy, segmentation and process
