OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced DEI Lead with a strong background in building and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. This role requires a self-starter with over 5 years of experience in DEI who is passionate about creating and scaling programs that promote inclusivity across our global workforce.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement DEI strategies that align with our corporate values and business goals, ensuring a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
- Program Creation: Design and implement DEI programs and initiatives that are scalable across all levels of the organization, including regional DEI programming, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and other diversity-focused projects.
- Global Impact: Expand DEI efforts beyond our Los Angeles headquarters to reach our broader employee population.
- Advocate Program Leadership: Develop and lead a DEI advocate program across regional locations, empowering field-based teams to drive engagement and participation, and ensuring alignment with the organization's diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Training & Education: Develop and facilitate DEI training programs and workshops that educate and empower employees at all levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of our business.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful DEI programs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
- Experience working with global teams and scaling DEI programs across diverse geographic regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for DEI, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
