OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to drive our day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution. This role will lead a high-performing team of data-driven site merchandisers to optimize our online merchandising, improve the customer journey, and maximize conversion rates. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will be responsible for monitoring site metrics, identifying trends, and implementing data-backed improvements to boost product discoverability and overall site experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support Director of Site Merchandising to develop and execute data-backed merchandising strategies to drive growth and elevate the site experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze digital customer demand to provide data-driven insights and forecasts to buying and allocation teams.
  • Work closely with teams across marketing, creative, design, merchandising, digital product and planning teams to ensure site merchandising efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of product launches, ensuring that product pages, categories, and landing pages are optimized based on analytical insights.
  • Keep up with industry trends and customer behavior, using data to inform merchandising strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Heap) to monitor site performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide a team of site merchandising professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity & data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve site functionality, product placement, and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and international.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
