As Senior Social Media Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic social media presence across our platforms that showcases the unique identity of the Alo brand – and establishes a strong connection with our community. We’re looking for someone with a passion for team leadership, project management, and strategic analysis. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically and move fast to execute strategy and set campaign goals. You have excellent project management skills, a deep and current knowledge of each platform’s unique offerings and influencers, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement.


  • Oversee and optimize team workflows and deadlines.
  • Oversee social media content calendars, considering business goals and objectives including product drops, campaigns, events and in-store activations.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for social media results and work closely with the director of social to provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to integrate influencer content to align with the drop calendar and other opportunities.
  • Manage agency and analytics platform relationships.
  • Provide insights on campaigns and projects to help refine strategies and approaches.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on social platforms, including APIs and data limitations, social trends and culture.
  • Present to leadership on key social analytics takeaways.


  • 6+ years of experience with social media management and analyzing data in a content - driven environment to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across digital platformswithatrackrecordofgrowingaudiencesanddeliveringonengagementmetrics.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using platforms such as Asana, Dash Hudson, Google Analytics, Tableau (other
  • social publishing platforms).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, manipulate and analyze data.
  • A demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and best practices across
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to build and manage both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong deck creation and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
