The Business Process and Program Manager works across the marketing function, supporting the Project Management Office to plan and implement business process improvement projects focused on ensuring compliance, while also improving effectiveness and efficiency. Business Process Manager will ensure marketing operations processes are maintained and updated as needed, provide a number of quality assurance functions, provide project management assistance to the PMO team and may need to assist in short term project management assignments.


  • Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve organization goals
  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
  • Develop best practices for business process improvements
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies or potential for improvement in our daily operations by analyzing data and processes
  • Identify missing documentation of processes and ensure streamlined documentation of all marketing processes
  • Educate internal teams on process and ensure process adherence
  • Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as reference
  • Update business processes to meet changing business needs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements
  • Create and disseminate marketing process best practices to key stakeholders


  • 3+ years of marketing experience in an operations or project management role
  • Good understanding of marketing technologies, SFA system, content management system, web, advertising, e-commerce systems, business intelligence tools and bug tracking/agile work tools like JIRA
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions and geographies
  • Ability to implement and manage processes
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews to gain input and feedback
  • Agile project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work with diverse skill sets (from technical to strategic resources)
  • Self-starter, strong team worker, proactive communicator
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to audience needs
  • Fluent written and spoken English (bilingualism preferred - German, French, Spanish or Russian)
