The Product Marketing Program and Launch Manager is responsible for strategy, planning, operations, communications, execution, and delivery of product marketing launches, content, and campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Product Launches: Lead and/or co-own product launch coordination for Acronis product launches. Help ensure cross-functional execution (across marketing, product management, and sales) to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule for the success of the product launch. Set goals for product launch success, measure against those goals, conduct post-mortem analysis post-launch, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Solutions Marketing: Coordinate the efforts among the solutions marketing team, creating and maintaining plans to ensure that we have sufficient content and other assets and deliverables to support our Service Provider, Corporate Cloud, and Home Office / Consumer segments
  • Campaigns: Plan and ensure that we have appropriate product & solutions marketing support for our campaigns, to help meet demand generation and other goals.
  • Joint Solution & Ecosystem Integration: Visibility and coordination of efforts as needed to ensure our joint solutions and ecosystem integration.
  • Content: Assist the team’s content planning efforts to ensure we’re meeting content creation goals.
  • Planning and Reporting: Responsible for pulling together the metrics for targeted planning efforts, as described above.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)  

  • 5+ years in the high-tech industry with roles spanning marketing project management, product launch management, content marketing, marketing operations, and/or campaign management
  • Experience in the cybersecurity, backup, and/or disaster recovery space for B2B markets operating in SaaS-based commercial models is desired.
  • Multi-channel communications and content formats knowledge and exposure across web, collateral, campaigns, webinars, live events, corporate comms, training, social, etc.
  • Ability to build a project or program proposal, with a plan for execution, a budget for resourcing, and a focus on measurement of results.
  • Comfort using multiple tool sets and platforms like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
  • A strong appreciation for noticing, managing, and owning the details with quality control is baked into everything you do.
  • Successful track record of cross-functional, cross-company collaboration, with a proven ability to impact and influence a highly virtualized, matrixed, global team.
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills able to manage well up and across.
  • As we are truly a global company and organization, understand the global market and experience working with an international team.
  • Some travel is required – but expected to be less than 15% globally for offsites, team meetings, and a few public events – and according to company policy and safety
  • Strong communication skills in English.
