Job Scope:
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials like manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure that training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with product features.
- Tailor training materials and sessions to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
- Gain hands-on experience with training technologies, such as Google Classroom and virtual training platforms.
- Assist in managing training tools and software.
- Collaborate with trainers, product managers, and other teams to align training efforts with organizational goals.
- Ensure training materials align with the product's strategic messaging.
- Attend workshops, conferences, or training sessions to enhance your skills in instructional design and delivery.
- Assist in creating and delivering training programs for the launch of new products, introducing and explaining them to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Creative person and analytical thinking
- Ability to do video editing and motion graphic
- Meticulous attention to detail, ask questions, and work across teams
- Communication skills - not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, and listening
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
