Goal

  • Drive awareness and adoption of aCommerce's end-to-end services within the Southeast Asian market, contributing to increased market share and brand recognition.
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, educate potential clients, and showcase the value proposition of aCommerce's solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, successful campaign execution, and optimal resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the SEA eCommerce landscape.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to optimize tactics and improve results.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (e.g., webinars, social media, case studies, white papers, events) specific to the SEA market.
  • Develop engaging content that resonates with the SEA audience, adhering to local cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Oversee campaign execution, manage budgets, and track performance against established goals.

Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Support the launch of new aCommerce products and services by developing targeted marketing materials and communications for the Southeast Asian market.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to the local audience.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Channel Management and Optimization:

  • Oversee and optimize aCommerce's presence on relevant marketing channels including social media platforms, industry publications, and online communities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation through each channel.
  • Brand Advocacy and Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the eCommerce industry, including media, influencers, and industry associations.
  • Promote aCommerce's brand image and thought leadership position.
  • Represent aCommerce at industry events and conferences in Southeast Asia.

Technical Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the eCommerce or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., writing, design, video editing).
  • Experience with campaign management and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO , SEM, and social media marketing best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Passion for the eCommerce industry and understanding of the Thai market landscape.
