Duties and responsibilities
• Daily tracking for fulfillment performance to understand on current status and key issue
• Follow up with 3rd party fulfillment for daily operation pending issue, coordinate with related department and update status
• Consolidate daily information from multi-portal to be warp up and update in daily operation meeting
• Track packaging usage with fulfilled order, review packaging inventory and coordinate with 3PL and procurement
• Manage ticket request pending to ensure they are updated within SLA
• Perform daily audit with 3rd party fulfillment participate to ensure that they are comply on fulfillment SOP
• Provide weekly performance report for update to Line manager
• Onsite support with 3rd party fulfillment during campaign period
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience related to warehouse or fulfillment operation, prefer from E-commerce environment in B2C business
• Good knowledge in warehouse and fulfillment activities related to Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management and Return processes
• Experience in Performance dashboard and database management
• Excellent skill in Excel and PowerPoint
• Can communicate in English
• Able to work under pressure with due date commitment
