Goal

  • Become aCommerce's lead expert on generating high-quality leads for new clients within the Southeast Asian eCommerce and online business space.
  • Build and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy across diverse channels to deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Drive a significant increase in client acquisition, exceeding established targets for number of qualified leads, lead conversion rate, and client acquisition cost.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and industry databases to identify and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Develop engaging outreach strategies for each channel, including personalized email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct compelling video introductions and presentations to capture potential clients' interest.
  • Qualify leads effectively, assessing their fit for aCommerce's services and potential deal size.

Content Marketing and Event Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create valuable content assets (e.g., white papers, webinars, industry reports) that attract and educate potential clients.
  • Manage lead capture strategies for webinars, events, and online content, ensuring seamless conversion of attendees into qualified leads.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Develop and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Provide timely and personalized communication to address questions and build trust with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to lead generation activities, including lead volume, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
  • Regularly prepare reports and insights to inform and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine your approach.
