Senior RPA Developer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer for our RPA Automation team. Your primary responsibilities will be to serve as RPA Developer to design and develop scalable automation processes and also support the business, operations and post production monitoring/troubleshooting. Also, responsible to schedule and run processes, ensure the stability of the environment, investigate any issues in the production processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and test efficient, well-structured and scalable automation processes
- Support post production automation processes, monitor RPA environments
- Collect and analyze System and Business Exceptions of the automations in Production
- Daily managing of the Automation production environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.).
- Provide support to the Business users on process fit for automation
- Own and solve issues that arise in the day to day running of automated processes and assist in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
- Have key involvement in the Operational Contingency Plan that outlines how the organization will respond in the event of critical failure in the production environment.
- Collaborate closely with the related IT teams to drive successful automation
- Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance (time and accuracy)
- Train business users to basic troubleshooting
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in AI/Machine learnings
- Experience in Python, Java, REST, JSON, VB, SQL, and API integration
- Experience in working in a dynamic Agile/SCRUM project delivery environment
- Project management experience a plus
- Experience in creating Epics/User Stories in JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant development or engineering experience or combination of education, training and experience.
- Development experience must include Python, .NET, or Java, VB, SQL and API integration technologies and other platforms;
- Distributed architectures, SOA, web services and messaging paradigms.
- Strong RPA Skills in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath; at least 2 years of experience.
- Strategic automation frameworks.
- Continuous delivery processes from automated build, test, deployment and support.
- Application Development and SDLC.
- Profiling and improving performance of applications from threading, memory management, container optimization etc.
Licenses/Certifications:
- RPA Development certification is a plus.
- Experience in e- commerce or retail industry is a plus.
