Our Professional Services team is dedicated to our customers in ensuring they are successful and happy in the Accruent products they purchase. You will help our clients map a path to the Accruent platform to solve their overarching business problems. We are looking for highly motivated, fast moving, and dynamic individuals to help implement and deliver our world class platform solutions.

The Implementation Consultant will help translate complex customer business requirements into viable business solutions. Their ability to deconstruct customer challenges into discrete, logical components will be paramount. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, an expert at juggling multiple competing projects and priorities on fast-paced timelines and is able to deliver unparalleled customer success.

This role will be working on/with our Lucernex product in the Commercial Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, Public, Retail, Telecom, and Utilities industry. Lucernex helps our customers manages sites and assets throughout the lifecycle. This includes: Market planning, site evaluation, project management, facility management, real estate leasing, equipment leasing, and rent accounting (full FASB and IASB).

This position reports directly to the Manager, Professional Services and will be a remote opportunity.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Delivering at least 70-80% billable hours
  • Committed to being a product expert and using best practice to achieve customer goals
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and balance multiple projects (typically 10-20 active)
  • Self-motivated learning style with a drive for consistent improvement
  • Ability to design an efficient software use process to maximize the ROI for our product
  • Experience leading customer implementations (10 to 50+ days) from kick-off to go live
  • Core and transactional data migration including mapping, import, and error/warning analysis
  • Training small to large (typically < 20 people) groups of end-users remotely or in-person
  • Building documentation for agendas, project progress, action items, process flow, and guides

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of software implementation experience
  • Technical scoping including integrations and user interface customization
  • Advanced report design and configuration
  • Working knowledge of SQL scripting and HTML, Java desired but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally. Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication - people rarely need to follow up with you.
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical folks, from on the ground ops teams to executives.
  • Able to quickly understand and decompose complex questions and concepts.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with and has experience working in ambiguous environments while working in a consultative manner with customers
  • Exceptional EQ and great listener.
  • Some accounting experience desired but not required

  • This job requires travel up to 25% domestically
