About our Customer Support Team:

The Customer Support team works hand-in-hand with our customers to identify, understand, prevent, and solve their problems. Acting as the voice of the company, we develop and deepen relationships with our customers. We are successful when our customers are promoters of the company. The Support Agent position provides exceptional customer service to help sustain and improve the use of Accruent’s Enterprise Solutions. This will be accomplished by timely delivery of services, successful identification and resolution of issues or service requests, and through interactive customer communication.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Serve as the frontline liaison for Accruent's valued customers, providing prompt and expert assistance with software and technical inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all internal and external customer interactions to ensure comprehensive records and seamless communication.
  • Adhere to established support protocols and incident response procedures with precision and diligence.
  • Work with customers to clearly identify problems and apply the appropriate solution.
  • Swiftly escalate critical issues to senior support staff and cross-functional teams as needed, facilitating collaborative efforts to identify and resolve underlying issues at their core.
  • Stay updated on Accruent's supported products and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring a proficient understanding to effectively serve customers.
  • Promptly address incoming issues through efficiently picking up phone calls, ensuring swift resolution and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Computer Science for example).
  • Prior experience in a software support role.
  • Experience in Database and/or SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Networking Fundamentals (IIS, Protocols, etc..)
  • Troubleshooting on windows environment, client and server.
