The Role

This role will sit in our Country Office Team and report to our Chief of Staff, and will collaborate heavily with our Special Projects & Product Innovation Team. From day one, you will have an immediate impact: streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. This role depends heavily on your skills in strategic problem solving, organization & prioritization, and stakeholder management & communications.

Outcomes

  • Execute high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
    • This role comes with great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions, and execute them
  • Collaborate with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems
    • Facilitate communications with stakeholders in other Xendit teams/ offices 
    • Lead meeting preparation and debrief, creating agendas to ensure efficiency and summaries to maximize stakeholder return on time
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
    • Some previous projects have involved: identifying new business opportunities or focus industries, competitive analyses, applying for regulatory licenses, hiring talented people, measuring KPIs for different teams, creating SOPs to establish operations processes 
    • Assist in preparation of reports, pitch decks, and presentations
    • Support execution of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to external communications, merchant onboarding & operations, sales operations, financial operations, etc.
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed.

  • Previous experience in a tech, B2B/B2C, SaaS, e-commerce, or payments startup environment is highly welcome
