About the Job

You will drive sales and revenue growth in our new market in Thailand. You are proactive in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships to achieve ambitious targets. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales position, located in Bangkok City, Thailand, that requires some remote work. We are looking for excellent storytellers to foster excitement about our products when communicating with prospective merchants.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Competent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Understanding of financial technology and payment systems.
  • Proficient in Google’s G Suite (including but not limited to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Gmail) and Slack.

Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Own the sales cycle with merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals to getting them live and transacting.

Product Expertise and Market Awareness

  • Become an expert in selling Xendit’s world-class financial solutions while staying updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Performance Tracking

  • Actively track your sales performance and take initiative to progress toward goals.
