About the Job

Reporting to the Philippines Head of Sales, the Enterprise Sales Head will lead Xendit Philippines’ growth by bringing in new business from large enterprises and effectively leading a small but ambitious enterprise sales team.  As the Enterprise Sales Head,  you will be opening new opportunities through your extensive network across various industries and coaching a high performing enterprise sales team to close these deals in the shortest time possible.   You'll bring a diverse set of skills, including exceptional communication, tech savviness, strategic thinking, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed. More than that, we want a general athlete - we want to trust you  to take on our most important problems and with few resources, drive measurable change.  We also expect you to be able to coach a young sales team to make yourself redundant.  The role is high stakes, where decisions can determine our future and you’ll be personally liable for our success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute of Enterprise Sales Strategy - identify verticals where Xendit can play to win, manage day-to-day sales activities, monitor and track team performance, with the goal of continuously improving outcomes for team members
  • Grow and Develop the Enterprise Sales Team - hire A players, coach the existing team to close more deals per month
  • Open New Executive Doors - Prospect and open up C-level relationships in new accounts, provide executive coverage and a back channel to executive management
  • Opportunity Management - Build a healthy pipeline of enterprise deals, ensure there is a clearly laid path to winning the deal and step in when a deal gets blocked, coach and set deal best practices to ensure control of the closure and reduce slipped deals
  • Help the Team Close - Roll up your sleeves and work with the team, step in to coach the team and close the deal
  • Partner with Internal Teams - Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the market landscape and provide input to the product feature pipeline, collaborate with product and partnerships teams for feature development
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed  

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have had consistent success in different sales roles and promoted to be a sales director
  • Have a proven consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a highly consultative sales environment across multiple years
  • Independent and have strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills to thrive in a start-up or high growth culture.
  • Possess an ability to articulate technical concepts and translate them to simple analogies in order to adapt and communicate use cases and concepts to different stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have 10+ years of consultative sales experience in a technology environment selling complex solutions to businesses
  • Have 3+ years of experience leading sales in high-growth complex enterprise solutions across industries, preferably payments/fintech related
