About the Job

In the role of Senior Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through consultative sales practices. Your leadership skills will guide a high-performing sales team, and your deep experience in complex solution sales will be invaluable. By cultivating client relationships, aligning solutions with their unique needs, and staying ahead of industry trends, you will be pivotal in our fintech industry success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in consultative sales within the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing sales teams.

  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Provide field insights to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
  6. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Lead complex negotiations and high-value deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
