As a Recruiter, you will assume responsibility for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with the People & Experience Team, hiring managers, and executives and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. As a true business partner, this role will also support training, Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) strategies and greater Employee Experience initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a multi-channel recruitment strategy based on stated recruitment objectives
- Manage full recruitment life cycle, using a candidate-first approach
- Seek to optimize our recruiting strategies through rapid experimentation and program evaluation
- Work with leadership to design VaynerCommerce’s ideal candidate profiles and create recruitment plans that lead to a high percentage of candidates reflecting our ICPs
- Build a talent network of qualified candidates in advance of recruiting needs
- Liaise with Hiring Managers and leadership to write and manage job postings
- Train interviewers and facilitate candidate roundups
- Liaise cross-functionally to action job offers and transition successful candidates to on-boarding programs
- Maintain our applicant tracking system
Experience:
- 3+ years recruiting for a digital advertising agency
- Experience with technical recruitment, preferably within an eCommerce environment
- Experience with Employer branding initiatives
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
