We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to support our executive team to focus on
contracting, accounting and internal operations. The ideal candidate should be motivated,
quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing
administrative tasks. In addition, the role will assist in editing/drafting contracts, tracking all
incoming and outgoing funds, and help manage the internal accounting process to ensure all
clients are paid properly. The role requires coordinating with all members of the to ensure deal
flow moving forward without interruption. The individual should be flexible, highly organized
and have the ability to multi-task.


• Draft agreements for a high volume of confirmed speaking engagements, personal
  appearances, influencer campaigns and endorsements
• Revise agreements as needed
• Communicate and facilitate changes with buyer/talent legal teams
• Manage contract process with all agreements from creation to full execution
• Track monies owed for each engagement
• Understand and complete vendor/supplier forms
• Work with VaynerX Accounting to process all client payments for each event noting
  event date, commission and other payment details
• Insure funds are received in accordance with each individual agreement
• Reconcile and flag any outstanding contract, money and logistics by referencing
  database of all working, postponed and cancelled deal so the department is aware of
  any changes
• Maintain department sales database through data entry
• Communicate contract process with clients, as needed

Required Skills:

• BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
• 3 - 5 years of professional working experience in an administrative capacity is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines
• Highly flexible, highly organized
• Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
• Thinks ahead and is a planner by nature
• Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understand the importance of maintaining
  confidentiality is a must
• Must be solutions oriented
• Must be comfortable interacting with high-profile agents and clients
• Must be able to thrive in team-oriented and autonomous working environments
• Strong command of Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
