About the role
StockX is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to support the growth of our international markets. International markets have been a major catalyst to our growth trajectory and are core to the future success of StockX. As such, this is a high-impact role in which you will partner closely with our international GMs to develop and execute user acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
In this role, you will mine + manipulate data and conduct competitive research to identify key business trends as well as threats and opportunities. Using these insights, you will work with cross-functional teams, including product; engineering; and local teams to act on growth opportunities.
You should be passionate about and have a background in growth frameworks. You should have a strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to identify signals in unstructured data.
What you will do
Monitor user funnel trends, such as traffic by channel and core marketplace growth metrics, with an international lens
Become the in-house specialist on international critical metrics and what drives them
Use data to identify areas for improvement in the buyer and seller journey for international users
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute different growth initiatives
Present updates on strategy and results to partner teams and leadership
Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Product management experience a plus
Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights (i.e. advanced Excel)
Knowledge of general buyer and seller lifecycle key metrics and optimization strategies
Experience with data extraction using SQL
Experience with designing and executing A/B tests
Experience with SEO, performance marketing, and web user experience (UX) a plus
Experience in product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations in an internet startup (particularly B2C)
