The primary role of the Sales Support Senior Associate is to support the sales organization from an administrative perspective to help reduce sales involvement in non-revenue generating tasks or projects. This position provides an important bridge between Sales, SonicWall partners and other SonicWall operational teams and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

Sales support for North American Sales team – Field & Inside Teams
Become an expert in our sales strategy and internal processes
Monitor a shared mailbox with incoming requests
Salesforce.com Administration
Process special pricing requests (SPR)
Process customer service tickets
Order tracking – hardware drop ships, keys, etc.
Process document creation
Project Management
Have to be willing to work non-standard hours - servicing customers in different time zones and position requires working additional hours at month end, quarter end, year end

Sales Support Qualifications:

1+ years of business experience in an administration, customer facing role, or sales operations function
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the SonicWall Sales team, partners and other internal departments within SonicWall
High level of attention to detail for data entry operations
Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while providing exceptional customer service
An understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques
Salesforce.com experience is a bonus
