Our Opportunity
As the Lead Executive Talent Attraction Partner at Snyk, your main goal is driving global growth through exceptional execution. Your primary focus is on identifying and acquiring top-tier executive talent while ensuring world-class candidate experiences. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, comprehending hiring needs, devising tailored recruitment strategies, and scaling Snyk globally. Leading recruitment strategies, refining processes, and aligning plans with Snyk’s mission, you'll explore new talent pools using innovative methods. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent Attraction, your leadership will be instrumental in executing our expansion strategy with unparalleled excellence.
Location: We're looking for this role to be based in our Boston office with an openness to being in the office 2-3 days per week.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Design and execute strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality executives across departments and divisions.
- Engage in capacity planning and goal setting, collaborating closely with executives to anticipate organizational needs and establish talent strategies.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing critical insights to executive partners on hiring progress, speed, and outcomes.
- Drive inclusion and diversity by implementing recruitment programs that attract and retain candidates with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Collaborate with executives to plan recruitment against financial budgets, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate critical skills gaps.
- Manage end-to-end executive and senior leadership hiring processes, sourcing top-tier talent through various channels, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive recruitment to advise on effective talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Need:
- 10-12 years of progressive executive recruitment experience, with a focus on enterprise technology organizations.
- Proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier executive-level talent.
- Strategic leadership abilities to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in KPI monitoring and data-driven decision-making for recruitment strategies.
- Implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes.
- Understanding of financial implications in talent acquisition, capacity planning, and budgeting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering strong candidate relationships and brand representation.
- Adaptability, innovation, and the ability to propose creative talent acquisition solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional HR certifications or a Master's degree is a plus.
