Our Opportunity:
As Snyk’s Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing internal communication strategies and tailored communications initiatives that keep our global teams informed, aligned, motivated, and inspired. Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, this is an excellent opportunity to partner with internal leaders and teams across the company to boost employee engagement and deliver creative, thoughtful communications that support our corporate strategy and company culture.
You’ll Spend Your Time
- Manage and optimize various internal communication channels, including the company’s intranet.
- Support key senior leaders in crafting and delivering effective messages, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish metrics and benchmarks for key internal communications activities and use data to refine approaches and improve outcomes.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that enhance engagement, morale, and foster a culture of transparency and trust within the organization.
- Partner closely with the external communications team to successfully distribute all company news and significant company updates.
- Work cross functionally to support the communications plans for major change initiatives, policies, and companywide updates.
What’ You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (concentration in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred).
- 5-7 years experience in communications, particularly in the tech industry or related sectors.
- Proven experience executing internal communications initiatives at a global company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience delivering engaging content in various formats across platforms and channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
