We’re looking for an amazing team player and a Lead Compensation Program Partner to join our Total Rewards team, helping to scale Snyk's teams globally while contributing to building a great employer brand.

As the Lead Compensation Program Partner you will play an important role in the design, development, administration and implementation of compensation programs, policies, structures and practices for the organization and to help define and execute on our compensation strategy on a global basis. If you have a combination of analytical ability and strategic thinking, this is the opportunity for you. This role reports into our VP, Global Total Rewards.

You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Managing and administering compensation programs and processes in Workday
  • Partnering with VP, Global Total Rewards in managing the annual compensation strategy and philosophy that drives the development and positioning of Snyk’s compensation programs
  • Managing and maintaining annual compensation programs including salary planning, company bonus and equity
  • Developing, maintaining and analyzing global base pay market positioning and salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness
  • Creating analytical reports; organizing and analyzing confidential data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preparing presentation materials for communication to management and employees
  • Leading the Workday compensation processes; partnering with People Operations team 
  • Gathering market data and providing analysis to assess the competitiveness of our current compensation packages
  • Participating in annual compensation surveys and managing data updates
  • Developing and delivering global compensation training and communication for managers and employees
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to find opportunities and improvements for compensation programs and strategies
  • As an individual contributor in this role, you’ll be a part of the Total Rewards team and will work closely with People and Finance teams.

You Should Apply If You

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, or directly supporting groups with compensation programs
  • Have Workday experience with the Advanced Compensation functionality
  • Are extremely detail oriented and analytical
  • Have experience with Radford and other compensation surveys
  • Have global job architecture experience including job evaluation and mapping, market benchmarking, development of global salary guidelines, and communication
  • Have excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Have high proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Have CCP (desirable)
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high growth company and feel comfortable with ambiguity
