If you’re a customer or demand marketing rockstar looking to get into ABM, or a seasoned ABM pro looking for a growth opportunity - we’d like to talk to you! We’re looking for an innovative and driven marketing manager to join our growing ABM team and fill a unique role responsible for driving the expansion pipeline within our most strategic customer accounts.

In this high impact role you’ll put your business acumen and passion for driving revenue growth to work; designing and running highly targeted, multi-touch cross-sell/upsell ABM programs for Snyk’s strategic customer accounts. In collaboration with partners across the go-to-market business, you’ll build awareness, engagement and expansion pipeline utilizing intent-based research, customer and product data. 

The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, data-driven in decision making, have a proven record of building success - and relationships - with sales, and care deeply about driving revenue growth. This role will offer you the opportunity to shape  and build a strategic program alongside a team of high-performance marketers who are passionate about contributing to Snyk’s growth. 

You’ll spend your time:

  • Adding a strategic component to an already robust and mature ABM model with access to high program budgets and ABM tools & infrastructure. 
  • Partnering with the customer success and operations team to identify priority expansion opportunities.
  • Gathering intent and intelligence on target accounts for 1:Few and 1:1 ABM expansion programs
  • Working cross-functionally, in a highly visible role, with senior sales leadership and sales development teams to define account-plan strategies and execute complex and targeted account-based playbooks for 1:Few and 1:1 ABM programs.
  • Collaborating with product marketing and content teams to develop personalized messaging to engage security and developer buyers based on account intent, vertical, use case and persona. 
  • Assessing effectiveness of the program by campaigns, tactics and messaging, and applying these learnings to the development of repeatable program playbooks for 1:Few and 1:1 

You’ll do amazing things at Snyk if you: 

  • Have 5+ years experience managing enterprise B2B technology marketing programs, with a focus on customer, demand, campaigns, or ABM strategies
  • Are an agile, self-starter that thrives in fast-paced, highly engaged startup environments. 
  • Are results and metrics-driven; and experienced in analyzing campaign results, partnering with the digital team to assess digital performance, assessing effectiveness to inform business recommendations and find opportunities for optimization
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, customers and customer engagement teams - and have demonstrable experience in influencing and building relationships with stakeholders in order to get the job done! 
  • Passion for impacting, supporting and accelerating revenue and pipeline goals 
  • Experience using marketing and CRM tools such as SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense and Sendoso 
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, continuously assessing program effectiveness. 
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently
  • Have had past experience working with a technical audiences (highly desirable)
