The Opportunity:

Seamless.AI is seeking a talented, proactive, and motivated Senior Sales Operations Analyst who will enable the Customer Success and Support teams to move with speed and deliver results. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a member of the broader Revenue Operations team and will act as a business partner to VP of Operations, VP of CS, and our Chief Revenue Office. This person will report to the Sr. RevOps Manager and work closely with other Sales Operations Analysts to prioritize and drive efficiency. We are looking for a top performer to join our high-growth SaaS company and contribute to our mission to positively impact 1 billion people!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accuracy of sales dashboards and reports, tailoring them for CS leadership 
  • Analyze data to help drive leadership to improve sales effectiveness and ROI of  CSM Team Understand list building, outbound sales, inbound sales, and sales operation cycles
  • Reviewing capacity, close rate, and performance of sales team data and in turn their commission and quotas
  • Administer all systems used by the sales & cs teams, including cross-functional collaboration on systems used throughout the organization (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft)
  • Support the CS department by answering their operational support questions
  • Experience with generating commission reports and/or software (Spiff)
  • Manage small-scale sales operations initiatives as a project manager
  • Assist in the audit and assessment of sales pipelines and forecasts and redistribution of leads
  • Optimize sales processes for increased efficiency and productivity for the CS team

 

Skillset:

  • Interest in operating in a customer success environment without the desire to be a quota-carrying representative
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce, Salesloft, and additional CS tools like churnzero
  • Experience with generating commission reports and/or software (Spiff)
  • Data-driven with strong acumen for calculating and analyzing metrics to turn into decisions
  • Comfortable  with ambiguity and working through challenges daily
  • Energetic team player that excels in working with others to achieve a common goal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent excel and salesforce reporting skills

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related analytical role, with a proven track record of driving results
  • 2+ years working within sales, operations or similar function in a SaaS company.
