The Opportunity

Seamless.AI is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to oversee the Sales and Revenue Operation teams and further accelerate our growth by helping to improve our sales performance and efficiency. You are responsible for revenue generating strategies across Sales, CS, and Marketing. In this role you’ll report to the VP of Business Operations and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales (AE & SDR), Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Customer Success to ensure that the organization’s sales team operates effectively and efficiently. You’ll have an ability to distill data and outline process opportunities to positively impact revenue. You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to prioritize building operational excellence and GTM strategies. Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational continuity across revenue generating teams and unlock growth in Sales, Customer Success, and marketing departments. Speak to the complete revenue stream from marketing leads to revenue and renewals.
  • Closely partner with VP level and Chief Revenue Office to optimize and identify opportunities for improvement for quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the sales and customer success team’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate current sales processes and procedures and make proactive recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for reporting and providing insights on daily and weekly sales & business KPIs.
  • Proactively Analyze: Forecast and report on key metrics and identify factors that could impact growth and revenue risks. Responsible for reporting and providing insights on daily and weekly sales & business KPIs.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Review, analyze, and evaluate current sales processes, procedures, and rep activity to then make recommendations.
  • Operational Design: Assist in creation of territories, segments, team design, compensation, and overall rules of engagement.
  • Technology: Oversee Seamless.AI's Salesforce system configurations, integrations, data integrity and day-to-day end user support as well as reporting for multiple business functions including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

Skillset

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, 2 years managing in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  • 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to lead multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of RevOps and sales processes and methodologies in B2B SasS organization.
  • Experience in revenue operations systems, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation tools.
  • Go to market and territory build out experience to support sales organizations.
  • Experience in commission optimization/ improvement.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce Superbadges completed is a plus
  • Database SQL experience is a plus
  • Subscription Management System implementation experience
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications out of the following: Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with Segment or other CDPs
