The role in a nutshell
This role is remote-first but will require travel when restrictions are eased.
The Partner Product Manager will play a crucial part in successfully activating our partners to deliver winning solutions for our millions of users around the world.
As with any marketplace business, enabling the supply-side to drive performance is critical. Working with product managers, product marketing and our commercial teams, this person will be responsible for shaping the roadmap of work that impacts both supply-side metrics (directly) and demand-side metrics (indirectly). There will be a challenging balancing act between consumer usage metrics and revenue performance.
Our partners are retailers and service providers, and the product set that will be owned by this product manager is broad. It includes reporting, content management, and CRM tools as well as partner-hosted features like our verification iframe. Understanding the strategic relevance of work will be a top priority given the breadth of the platform.
Ideally, this person will come from a commerce or marketplace background and will have experience dealing with large, global clients. Some technical knowledge is preferred, and displaying the skills required to deal with an engineering team is absolutely essential.
At a higher-level, this role is there to turn our partners into active and hungry suppliers who are eager to take advantage of the next product or feature that comes their way. The product manager will spend a lot of time speaking to, and working with, partners around the world.
- Own the product vision and roadmap for partner-facing technology within UNiDAYS
- Understanding partner and stakeholder needs, prioritise and scopes solutions with technical teams.
- Determine success criteria for all products and features and measure the performance post-release
