Manager, Technology Infrastructure:
Responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT cloud infrastructure, network operations, and endpoints in accordance with established procedures and practices. Support IT Operations, maintaining the organization's networking hardware, MDM/EMM solution, and other systems for 200-300 end-users (and growing) in multiple geographical locations, ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction, and that systems are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. Analyzes needs and works with leadership to set priorities concerning system design and implementation for new and or modification of the organization’s IT network, security systems, and processes to design and build proactive methods to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer endpoint and cloud infrastructure to manage the full enterprise fleet of corporate owned laptops, IoT devices, and employee BYOD mobile phones.
- Work collaboratively with cyber security team to create and enhance security and management profiles for devices. Assist in systems security analysis and assessments, including identifying risk criticalities and handling options, to inform decision making.
- Manage application and device policy pilot groups, deployments, application on-boarding, patching policy automation tools to support technology team projects.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, set expectations and elevate user adoption.
- Maintain a schedule for recurring maintenance and renewal tasks.
- Create, contribute, and maintain project plans for internal projects.
- Train team members on new initiatives, process, and create documentation for infrastructure changes, endpoint management policies and automation workflows.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards across all venues and infrastructure projects to foster an inclusive environment for people with disabilities
- Participate in Technology strategy planning activities, leveraging current knowledge and future vision of infrastructure solutions and technology services to ensure strategies align with best practices and organizational needs.
- Support evaluation of emerging technologies to identify, assess, prioritize, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions procurements.
Background & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience with IP network principals such as VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN networking protocols, administration of firewalls, switches, and wireless controllers. Cisco Merkai experience a plus.
- 3+ years of related experience in managing enterprise devices through a central configuration tool including device policy creation, application profiles, and application deployments for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
- Proven experience implementing and administering Microsoft Office 365, VoIP solutions, backup and data recovery tools, email, Identity and Access Management (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, EntraID).
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software, Windows and macOS laptops.
- Comfortable using command line tools to configure or troubleshoot cloud services, endpoint devices, and/or network devices.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to create documents and visual diagrams of environment architecture.
- Fluent in ITSM tool operation and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow a plus.
- Excellent practical technical skills and desire to learn and adapt new technologies, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of available products and solutions.
- Experience in on-boarding Enterprise applications using standard technologies such as SAML and SSO.
- Domain management experience including DNS records.
- Experienced in identification of cyber risks and taking proactive action.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in an open office setting across multiple floors.
- Ability to carry multiple laptops, switches, access points, desktop screens, and peripherals up to 50lbs between locations,
Position Requirements:
Education/Training/Certifications:
- CCNA or equivalent
- ITIL v4 or equivalent for IT service management
- Microsoft or equivalent IT certifications are a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
