The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will assist the A/R Manager with the daily operations and strategic objectives of the company’s accounts receivable cycle. This is achieved through design, implementation, maintenance, and management of all business functions and procedures for the Accounts Receivable collection process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer and billing records
  • Support A/R Specialists with any customer inquiries about their accounts
  • Process credit card payments and maintains credit card records on file up to date 
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Research any and all over/duplicate/short payments and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Handle all questions in regards to Vendor Form Requests (internal and external) 
  • Support Order Management with invoicing 
  • Assist with the Collection Process 
  • Work alongside the Growth and Quality teams to develop training and coach members on processes and policies
  • Assist A/R Manager with the reconciliation of A/R as needed 
  • Assist A/R Manager with managing, motivating, and training staff on all collections and A/R duties 
  • Monitor department statistics and ensure team efforts are focused on current priorities
  • Monitor changes in the business and organize processes and policies to align with other department procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as directed
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred or related field experience
  • Fluent in multiple languages preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure
