The Snr. Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue with effective and data-driven marketing initiatives and communications. You will work with product marketing, business development and channel teams to ensure partners of all types are receiving the right messaging at the right time and engaging with the best resources to be successful. Namely, you will oversee the global partner communications plan via marketing channels. In addition, you will be the go-to marketing resource for our growing alliances business.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the global channel marketing lead for product, asset, and program launches working closely with other teams to ensure successful communication plans to channel & alliances partners
  • Manage a global communications plan and cadence for partners in all KnowBe4 Partner Programs, segmenting and tailoring based on defined audiences
  • Collaborate with other revenue teams to create and curate content for channel & alliances partners for the purpose of enablement, acceleration, joint demand gen and more
  • Be the dedicated marketing resource for the growing industry, marketplaces and alliances programs
  • Measure and report on partner engagement with all communication channels, making recommendations for improvements
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including public relations, demand gen, field marketing, channel sales, business development, partner program office, and other marketing team members
  • Stay in the know about channel marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in channel & alliances marketing, specifically with a focus on partner messaging and communications
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry a plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • Proficient in HubSpot or other marketing automation platform for website pages and email application to segment partner communications, as well as test subject lines and improve delivery, open rates, and clickthrough rates on important communications
  • Prior experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software such as Impartner, Salesforce PRM or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Solid understanding of partner business models and personas as to be able to engage these audiences
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with the ability to collaborate respectfully, navigate shared responsibilities and influence successful outcomes
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You will be working with other business professionals and are expected to convey the value of our product and programs and the culture and beliefs of our company outward to our partners
  • “Can do” attitude and a willingness to learn, conquer challenges, take and learn from feedback while executing consistently at a high level

The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
