The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing new Salesforce capabilities to service KnowBe4’s internal users as well as enhancing existing features/applications for Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new features/capabilities in an agile development environment
Design and develop back or front-end solutions and APIs
Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on user experience feedback
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish and refine requirements
Update established automation with new requirements
Review established automation and determine any needed efficiencies, make recommendations, and implement changes
Follow defined development best practices
Work with other developers to peer review/collaborate on solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of Salesforce developer experience
Strong understanding of programming language
Experience building internal automation using programming language, workflows, process builders, and flows
Able to leverage structured formats like APEX, VisualForce, JSON and related technologies to build scalable, testable functionality.
Experience with SOQL
Experience with Copado a plus
