InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.
To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Product Ops to join our product team.
The Product team is responsible for defining and implementing new features to our software, by analyzing, scoping, documenting, and managing their lifecycle according to our Roadmap.
This Role will be responsible for overseeing the collection, structuring, and distribution of product data to ensure we’re building the right products and staying focused on customers’ needs. Also, Product Ops will help product managers by making better and more robust product processes. Product ops will also be responsible for improving communication between different teams of the company that work with the product team.
What are we looking for?
Highly curious, methodical, and analytical professionals with experience in product and process analysis and obsess about indicators. The job will require communicating with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Core Responsibilities:
- Helps collect and analyze user data and feedback to help the product team make a more informed decision.
- Manage the customer feedback lifecycle.
- Establishing key performance indicators and implementing best practices to make better product processes.
- Take each of the product's repeating processes and identify opportunities to streamline them so that they take less of the team’s time and yield more impactful results.
- Make the right data easily available. Define what and how to extract critical information to let the product team make better decisions.
- Focus on definition and tracking of product OKRs.
- Facilitate market research.
