Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, including Search Marketers, Display Advertising experts, Email Marketing professionals, and Analytics specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in achieving key performance metrics and objectives.
  • Digital Media Channel Management: Oversee the strategic management of digital media channels for brand building and demand capturing purposes. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Email Marketing Management: Spearhead the email marketing efforts for both internal communications and outreach campaigns. Develop engaging and effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product offerings, and enhance customer engagement. Continuously optimize email marketing strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
  • Analytics and Cross-Channel Performance: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Implement robust analytics frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization and improvement. Drive cross-channel performance by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI. Monitor spending across campaigns and channels, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (+5 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on team management, budget management, and global campaign execution.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
