About the Role:
You will work as part of a lean team and be responsible for handling day to day billing operations for new and existing products, planning and execution of billing project initiatives, as well as identifying and driving billing process improvements. This individual will support our internal team of Community Managers, collaborating with Finance and Business Operations on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for providing customer service to our members in answering any billing related questions.
The role is based in Brooklyn, New York.
Execute key billing processes in place to ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices to members across various product categories
Implement quality assurance for all billing related processes
Work within cross-functional teams to resolve billing errors
Provide customer support for billing issues & inquiries together with accounts receivable
Monitor the operation of the team and the systems to ensure the effective delivery of accurate billing information to our members
Suggest and implement continuous improvements to existing processes together with Business Operations and Finance
Extremely detail oriented and process driven, with focus on efficiency and problem solving
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams
Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service skills
Experience with Zuora or Salesforce is a strong plus
Knowledge of revenue accounting is a plus
