About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager, Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team at Industrious. In this role, you will take the lead of the day-to-day of our Paid Search, Programmatic and other Acquisition Marketing tactics. You will need to have a strategic as well as hands-on-keyboard role while you strategize, execute and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns that feed our sales funnel.

We want you to have a strong background in Search & Social-led acquisition Marketing efforts and a keen eye for finding other new and exciting ways to bring qualified leads into our pipeline. This includes Direct Mail, Programmatic Media, Digital OOH, Digital Audio and other Paid Media Channels. What is going to set this role apart from our “Performance” or “Acquisition” roles in the marketplace is that we believe building demand for our business feeds our acquisition engine so you will have the opportunity and be empowered to expand outside of channels and tactics that are traditionally pure-play acquisition or search. In order to do so, however, you will need to have a keen eye for measurement, landing page testing, and ways to ensure we are measuring the impact of your efforts on the funnel. 

Reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you will have oversight and management into a growing European team (UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands) and get visibility within the org as you work 1x1 with our local operations teams in our 60+ markets across the country to optimize spend to suit the needs of the business. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and optimize Paid Search & Social campaigns across the US, Canada, and EU/UK Markets, incorporating advanced analytics and reporting frameworks.

  • Lead the strategy for market-specific campaigns in EU/UK markets, to guide decisions, adjust tactics, and enhance visibility and conversion rates in each region for Search and Social.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies by constructing comprehensive reports and conducting deep data analysis. Utilize insights from detailed reporting to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum impact on marketing objectives. Deliver consistent weekly and monthly performance readout for Leadership, Sales, and Marketing teams

  • Assume a pivotal role in discovering and implementing innovative acquisition strategies, including Direct Mail, Digital Out of Home, Digital Audio, and various other paid media channels.

  • Efficiently manage and allocate a market-specific budget, ensuring optimal distribution of funds across various channels and campaigns, providing transparency and accountability to the Finance team. 

  • Exhibit a strong and informed perspective on Landing Page optimization, both in terms of testing and design, within our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) framework.

  • Work alongside our Marketing Operations teams to optimize lead flow journeys via Hubspot

 

Job Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function at an organization in a B2B function. B2C industries of interest would be hospitality or travel. 

  • Hands-on keyboard experience in Google and Meta is a requirement with high-profile business and/or budgets

  • Experience with Web Testing platforms like Intellimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, VWO, or others is a plus, but not required

  • 4x year college degree is preferable, but relevant experience is a priority

  • Ability to be a self-starter with a genuine interest in the Digital Marketing landscape

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation: 

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
