About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate of Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team at Industrious. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our Email Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Marketing Analytics efforts. With the recent implementation of HubSpot, you will primarily focus on leveraging this platform to conceive and implement innovative email marketing campaigns. Moreover, your expertise will be essential in utilizing HubSpot’s Marketing Analytics tools to craft comprehensive dashboards that showcase the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

In addition to your proficiency with HubSpot, you will be responsible for utilizing our Conversion Rate Optimization platform, Intellimize, to conduct rigorous multi-variate testing on our website and landing pages. Achieving success in both CRO and Email Marketing requires seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technology, and close coordination with Performance, Creative, and other Marketing team members.

Reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will collaborate closely to identify novel strategies aimed at enhancing our mid-funnel conversion rates. As a Senior Associate, you will be empowered to drive innovation within our Marketing Operations function, contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage email marketing calendar and schedule.
  • Configure email to be send-ready, incorporating scheduling and segmenting email lists based on person-level characteristics and behaviors.
  • Monitor email deliverability and optimize email performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough website traffic and user behavior analysis to identify conversion rate optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize website elements.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from marketing data.
  • Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar function at an organization in a B2B function. B2C industries of interest would be hospitality or travel. 
  • Experience with Hubspot is a requirement for this position
  • Experience with Web Testing platforms like Intellimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, VWO, or others is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to be a self-starter with a genuine interest in Marketing Technology, Marketing Strategy, and the union of both
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

​​Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
