About the Role:
We are seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join our TechSpace team in Austin, creating an incredible work experience for our members. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to TechSpace clients and vendors, assisting with day-to-day operations of the coworking space including sales & marketing, community outreach, event planning, client relationship management and other related operational tasks, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Provide excellent customer service: assist members in a friendly & professional manner, greet all members, vendors, and guests warmly, and answer and transfer incoming calls with the highest level of customer service
Maintain excellent relations with members in the space, vendors, and the local community by participating in and promoting larger community and in-house events
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail & packages
Accurately input sales orders and service requests into CRM system
Schedule meetings, book and maintain conference rooms for members
Order & restock supplies for the location and events as needed: order groceries and office supplies in a timely manner; maintain clean and organized supply closets and pantry
Take part in coordinating and facilitating professional, social, and educational events for members
Provide excellent customer service, provide tours and product information with prospective and existing members
Complete other errands and tasks around the office as needed
High level of customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; detail-oriented
Problem-solving mentality with a “can do” attitude
Highly energized and motivated individual who works well in a team environment
