About the Role:
The Member Success Manager will work closely with new and existing enterprise members to ensure an exceptional experience with Industrious. You'll be responsible for driving the satisfaction, experience and growth of our new and existing enterprise members. In this role, you'll be the the primary advocate and point of contact for our these members and a critical link between our local communities, design construction, IT and facilities teams. Your work will drive engagement with our enterprise customers in a manner that reduces churn and maximizes sales.
Post-sale, serve as primary point of contact for member during move-in period, coordinating internal resources (design, project management, community) as needed
Coordinate with billing, finance, and systems operations to increase simplicity of working with national members
Coordinate member ongoing and project delivery, per signed agreement terms
Create unique strategy for ongoing member engagement and develop account plan to drive member expansion
Regularly communicate with members via email/phone and lead quarterly business reviews
Work with business development and member success teams to track member issues, identify trends and develop remedies and processes
Deep relationship management experience
2-7 years in account management, client services, investor relations or similar
Business operations or project management experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert problem solving skills
Highly detailed oriented
Bachelor's degree required
