About the Role:
Industrious is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can develop email strategy for brand, lead generation, and member communications. This role will work across teams and customer segments to produce thoughtful and creative campaigns. Our ideal candidate is determined, data-driven and creative, with experience experimenting with and building successful and differentiated B2B email campaigns.
Create and execute new email marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
Copywriting across email campaigns to assist in creating email drip campaigns in our Marketo platform
Manage email engagement campaigns structured to re-engage and resurface cold leads
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing
Maintain email content calendar and assist with quarterly calendar planning to support larger business goals
Partner with Product Marketing to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers and create email journeys that match those insights
Partner with Sales to continuously improve conversion rate through email and inform new messaging to test
Own KPIs, including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, and revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
Actively manage contact list size and health, data collected, and target segments to create relevant and engaging campaigns for customers
3 - 5 years experience in an email marketing role
Marketing automation experience preferred (Marketo experience a plus)
Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead lifecycle processes
Email copywriting experience
Appreciation for brand
Ability to work on a team in a fast paced, results oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills
