The Opportunity 

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance Analyst (Enterprise Readiness) responsible for managing projects aimed at ensuring the organization’s enterprise readiness, with a focus on compliance, security, and auditing within SaaS environments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support ongoing compliance efforts and project management tasks.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage enterprise readiness projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of processes to meet regulatory requirements (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including security and IT, to assess and address risks related to enterprise readiness.
  • Conduct internal audits and gap analysis to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations.
  • Report on project progress, compliance status, and potential risks to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support enterprise readiness efforts.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in security compliance roles, preferably in SaaS industries.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus
  • Strong background in Project Management, with the ability to oversee complex compliance projects.
