Company Overview
Incode is a leading SaaS provider dedicated to Identity Verification (IDV) solutions that empower our clients to streamline their operations while ensuring security and compliance. We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our finance team and manage tax operations across the United States and oversee LATAM and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent bookkeeping
- Payroll calculations and payroll administration
- Preparation of annual reports
- Preparation of tax returns
- Maintaining and ensuring that the books are accurate and correct, reconciling entries and preparing balances
- Preparation of a defined set of monthly financial reports
- Monitoring the balance of accounting analytical cards of suppliers and customers
- Records and entry of bank statements
- Preparation of tax balances
- Monitoring legal and professional regulations
- Cooperation with tax authorities and other competent institutions
- Participation in audit preparation and support in area of responsibility
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining archive book
- Preparation of statistics reports based on accounting data
- Other assigned bookkeeping duties
- Hybrid position, Belgrade office, 2 times a week nice to have
Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in accounting
- University degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting
- Good understanding of Serbian accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Knowledge of US GAAP is nice to have
- Independent in annual reports - experience in the past
- Fluency in English
- General knowledge in excel
