About the Role
Join Incode as the Senior Partnerships Manager to lead third-party vendor assessment and procurement strategies for data verification services including eKYC non-document verification, and Know Your Business (KYB) initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with a blend of strategic and operational expertise who can build impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the process to select key vendors, developing and executing strategies for competitive and equitable vendor selection.
- Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key vendors that align with business objectives.
- Proactively discover and execute strategies to reduce procurement expenses and optimize sourcing.
- Partner with departments such as product, strategy, sales, finance, operations, and legal to ensure procurement strategies align with business goals and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
- Develop and implement a vendor management framework to ensure compliance, performance, and alignment with Incode’s goals.
- Monitor vendor performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering innovation, value, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of eKYC non-doc verification, KYB, AML markets.
- Proven track record of establishing high-impact vendor partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
