The Most Important Parts of This Job: 

  • Create engaging events that are exciting, welcoming and that students want to be a part of. This means taking an event from conception through execution and evaluation, to make it memorable and successful. 
  • Orchestrate opportunities for students to develop meaningful relationships. 
  • Build and expand relationships with campus organizations including academic departments, clubs, cultural groups, fraternities, sororities, etc.   
  • Welcome and interact with prospective students, parents and alumni. 
  • Manage and grow our social media in a vibrant, meaningful way. 

What Success in the Role Looks Like: 

  • Demonstrating expert skills in building relationships, collaborating with a wide variety of people and organizations, managing time, and innovating. 
  • Achieve goals for attendance and engagement. 
  • Developing strategies to build relationships and connections. 

The Must-Have’s for This Role: 

  • A bachelor’s degree  
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience  
  • Experience planning and implementing events or programs 
  • Expertise in using the MS Office suite of apps and generating buzzing social media,  
  • A love of Jewish community and making a difference in the lives of college students.

One or More of the Following Will Give You an Edge: 

  • Work experience in a Jewish organization 
  • Experience in a leadership role in a Greek organization, a summer camp or an afterschool program  
  • Experience in a sales, project management or customer service role 
  • Experience using a CRM, Hootsuite, Canva, Salesforce
