The Director, Performance Marketing will help us maintain our rapid annual growth rate by driving both the strategy and execution for all digital and offline channels for at least three brands in the Havenly, Inc portfolio. You will focus on: optimizing and expanding our channel mix, balancing our marketing mix across the funnel, driving leads as well as customer retention and leveling up our forecasting, tracking & reporting.


This role will require both a strategic mindset and the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and will require a leader that is comfortable with ambiguity, is quick on their feet and is comfortable acting in a strategic role as well as a tactical one.


What You’ll Do

● Manage the full marketing budget across multiple brands and paid marketing channels.
● Oversee performance marketing strategies and initiatives across multiple brands under the Havenly, Inc. umbrella.
● Plan, execute, and monitor a wide range of results-driven marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving awareness, building lead generation funnels and ultimately driving customers to convert.
● Build a comprehensive understanding of all growth levers within the business, and map out new levers, tactics, and strategies to unlock growth.
● Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track and forecast user growth, conversion, and engagement.
● Monitor KPI’s across varying marketing attribution methodologies and help guide the team to execute spend allocations accordingly, balancing the art and the science.
● Help define our target customer and build deep insights into who they are, how to reach them, and how to speak to them.
● Collaborate with content and creative teams on marrying audience insights and performance with creative execution; champion our brand voice across all internal and external creative efforts. Partner with Influencer and Brand Ambassador team to leverage creator content into paid marketing campaigns to extend brand reach.
● Prioritize and manage a testing roadmap.
● Oversee and ensure smooth test launches and execution, with a willingness to adjust based on learnings and improve the business over time.
● Provide ongoing communication on current growth tests, results, and insights derived from experimentation.
● Present regularly to leadership on sales, spend budgets, KPI’s and test results compared to forecasts/expectations.
● Manage two or more direct reports; make time for coaching and feedback and challenge yourself to make a meaningful difference in their career.

Who You Are


● 6+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record of success in driving both digital and offline marketing campaigns for multiple brands or products.
● A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Bonus points for a Master’s or advanced degree.
● Experience in home retail, retail, ecommerce/DTC or an advertising agency is preferred.
● Adept at leading and managing high-performing teams, you have strong interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate others.
● Expert in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Looker and more.
● Highly analytical and a great problem solver, you can interpret complex data and use it to make data-driven decisions quickly.
● Ability to apply an entrepreneurial mindset in a start-up environment in everything you do.
● Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize the right initiatives while being flexible in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
● Able to adjust communication style; comfortable with executive in discussing higher-level strategies and can effectively disseminate information to the rest of the team.
● Creative with the ability to balance art and science, develop innovative ideas ands strategies that drive engagement and conversion; understand the nuances of creative execution across funnel tactics.
● Consistent exercise of independent judgment, with strong ability to be resourceful.
● A true self-starter: you have a bias for action and enjoy the freedom of forging your own path.
● Highly entrepreneurial: you thrive when given a wide breadth of responsibility and the power to make decisions and trade-offs.

Additional Details:


● This is a hybrid full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO. Strong remote candidates will also be considered.
● Targeted compensation range for this role: $155-165K/year + potential for performance bonus, dependent upon experience.
