We’re looking for a Senior Community Manager who will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of our Influencer and Brand Ambassador marketing channels across our portfolio of brands. Ultimately, you will help build inspired creator partnerships and ensure Havenly, Inc.’s voice is included in trending and relevant cultural moments. You will re-build and scale our Brand Ambassador Program across our brands by identifying and nurturing new partnerships as well as strengthening existing relationships. You will cultivate and nurture authentic relationships with key talent and integrate their content with Havenly Inc.’s initiatives around product, growth, and brand. You will bring thought leadership to the evolving Influencer landscape and work cross-functionally with the Growth and Creative teams to ensure maximum impact of these partnerships across paid and organic marketing channels. You will report on the efficacy of your efforts in terms of brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. There is an opportunity for your role to expand into Affiliate Marketing as well as retail marketing to support the overall initiatives of the Growth Marketing team. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end strategy and planning of all Influencer Marketing across Havenly, Inc. brands, sourcing new talent and nurturing existing talent by finding new ways to work together 
  • Own the marketing budget around Influencers, ensuring product seeding costs or pay-to-play investments are aligned with creators content, deliverables, and scale; negotiate favorable pricing and terms with talent and vendors
  • Assess and recommend an optimal combination of micro, macro, and celebrity influencers to meet business goals
  • Reassess and re-launch Havenly’s Brand Ambassador program, breathing new life into the program and evaluate similar opportunities for the Interior Define and The Inside brands
  • Project-manage Influencer campaigns and work cross-functionally to ensure timely gifting, payments, and VIP projects based on scope of partnership
  • Work with Content & Organic Social stakeholders to align the social media strategy with our overall content plan and to ensure optimal posting cadence; partner with PR agency  on tracking potential earned media value
  • Track, report, and regularly present to key stakeholders KPI’s related to Influencer and Brand Ambassador Programs; shift and make adjustments as necessary to achieve goals and overall program growth
  • Collaborate with Growth team to amplify Influencer content on paid and lifecycle channels
  • Conduct regular Influencer strategy meetings to get buy-in on new partnerships, share progress against goals, and maximize the value of Influencer and ambassador programs
  • Own Influencer the use of the 3rd party sourcing and tracking platform; work closely with the vendor to fully leverage channel-specific tools and beta new features
  • Unlock synergies across the Havenly portfolio, and be thoughtful about multi-brand marketing opportunities
  • Identify broader brand partnerships as needed while seeking interesting and new opportunities for strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness 
  • Potential to own Affiliate Marketing and Retail Marketing based on experience
  • Manage one direct report, making a meaningful difference in their professional development

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Influencer and/or Brand Ambassador marketing; experience in retail, consumer lifestyle and DTC brands preferred 
  • Expertise and hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms and Influencer marketing tools (e.g. Mavrck, Tagger, Aspire)
  • Analytic skills and deep understanding of social media and performance marketing metrics; ability to become an advocate for Influencer programs within the broader organization
  • Experience working in a brand or at an agency with a highly cross-functional organizational structure with a high degree of collaboration
  • Adept communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize with respect to managing multiple active partnerships and influencer programs across multiple brands
  • Ability to grasp trends in digital marketing and social media content and act proactively
  • People management experience preferred with a proven track record of making a difference in the professional lives of your associates through clear, consistent expectations and a continuous coaching and feedback loop
  • You are a collaborator with exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • You believe the impossible is possible and will work hard, test, and always do what it takes to make things happen
  • You are curious, love learning, and are interested in learning new tools and programs and how your expertise can contribute across the growth team and broader organization
  • You have a flexible attitude and doer mentality; the ability to be solution-oriented and execute while also dreaming of what’s next.

Additional Details: 

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO, working a hybrid schedule. Strong remote candidates will also be considered.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $90-$100K/year, dependent upon experience.
