We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brands to life through engaging, performance-driven creative. This role will support visual design efforts across all marketing channels including email, paid media, social media, print collateral, digital ads, and other special projects. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead design projects from start to finish, crafting bold and compelling creative solutions through brainstorming, concept development, and pixel-perfect delivery
  • Execute email, paid media ads, animations, video, printed material and other graphics as needed ensuring creative is on-brand and supports company performance objectives.
  • Source and produce video and imagery relevant to brand campaigns, retouching, and editing as needed
  • Strategically incorporate learnings from past campaigns into new creative
  • Manage a small team of Jr designers, providing project oversight, managing workloads and processes to ensure feedback is implemented and timelines are met
  • Lead brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table to innovate on brand creative on a regular basis.
  • Utilize our visual systems to support brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Work closely with the broader Creative and Growth Marketing team stakeholders to transform strategies and concepts into compelling brand creative across all brands
  • Work closely with copy to ensure visuals are harmonious with the narrative

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years experience at an agency or in-house at a design-led company 
  • Proven ability to design digital marketing assets, optimizing for mobile and desktop engagement
  • Advanced proficiency in industry standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Photoshop). 
  • A rich portfolio demonstrating excellence in all aspects of design (composition, typography, color, illustration, imagery, video and motion, brand systems) with attention to detail
  • Experience designing for the web (eCommerce, emails, online branding)
  • Pixel-perfect attention to detail with a serious appreciation for whitespace
  • You thrive in a fast-paced agile environment while working across many medias
  • You excel with typography, color, layout, and imagery and know how to bring these elements together into one cohesive form that is emotive of a brand’s personality, voice, and values
  • A positive “can-do” attitude. You always start with “yes”
  • A strong aptitude for creativity and problem-solving
  • A pulse on design trends and what other brands are doing
  • Familiarity with office communication, presentation and project tracking tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana. 
  • Project management skills - ability to track, prioritize, delegate, and execute on a variety of tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Bonus points for start-up experience in the home space or retail

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Copywriting and editing
  • Illustration
  • Videography
  • UX/UI design

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time hybrid position (on-site 2-3 days per week) located in Denver, CO (Cherry Creek)
