THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Creative Production Manager for our Brand Strategy Team in São Paulo!

We’re looking for a Creative Production Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process for all branding initiatives. This role will  ensure that creative projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and align with brand guidelines. This professional will manage resources, timelines, and workflows, working closely with creative teams, external vendors, and marketing departments to produce high-quality visual and branding assets. The position does not involve direct people management but requires strong stakeholder management skills, as you’ll engage with multiple teams and departments to ensure alignment and project success. If you're passionate about wellbeing and have experience in managing impactful brand experiences, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

YOUR IMPACT

 As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Agency and production setup:

  • Develop and implement the best agency and production architecture for each project, including selecting appropriate partners and vendors to achieve the desired creative outcomes.

Creative operations:

  • Suggest and implement efficient workflows and ways of working to streamline the creative production process and improve collaboration globally

Creative operations innovation:

  • Help to research best practice and roll out new tools and methods to create better creative workflow, including in project management and content creation.

Suppliers relationship:

  • Building and bringing to the table great relationships with agencies in BR and around the world to deepen and broaden our supplier mix.

On-location management:

  • Co-manage shoots, event productions and brand activation on location with external partners and agencies, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accordingly. Availability to travel to supervise productions is necessary.

Budget and calendar management:

  • Manage project budgets and dates, ensuring cost-effective production while maintaining high creative standards respecting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in creative production:

  • A deep understanding of creative processes and the ability to translate creative vision into actionable production plans with a proven track record of coordinating agencies and production houses.

Strong problem-solving skills:

  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to details.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, assimilate feedback, and maintain a flexible, friendly, and positive demeanor.

Project Management Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Results-Oriented Mindset:

  • A results-oriented problem-solving mindset to translate creative ideas into impactful production solutions.

Languages:

  • Proficient in both written and verbal English at an advanced level.

Work Model:

  •  Mandatory to have availability to work in a hybrid model, both in-person and remotely.
